You’ll race through 10 unique fitness zones, each designed to push a different aspect of your physical and mental toughness.

The Sprint Zone Breakdown

Zone 1

4 Sprints of the Lap

Start strong.
Blast through 4 intense sprints to wake up your legs and set the tone for what’s ahead.

Zone 2

Burpee Jump

Power meets precision.
Jump high, explode off the ground, and get ready for more.

Zone 3

2 Laps of the Bucket Carry

Strength and stamina collide.
You carry your bucket for two full laps.
Legs burning? Good.
Keep moving.

Zone 4

Box Jump Burpees x 20

Explosiveness redefined.
Leap onto the box, drop into a burpee, and repeat. 20 times. No shortcuts.

Zone 5

Hand Release Push-Ups x 20

Control, power, and range of motion.
Hit the ground, lift your hands, and power back up — feel every rep.

Zone 6

Bear Crawl Forward and Reverse

Get low and move.
Engage your core, fire up your shoulders, and embrace the burn both ways.

Zone 7

Squat Jumps x 30

Jump – Land – Repeat.
Build explosive leg strength while pushing your heart rate to the limit.

Zone 8

Overhead Carry Sandbag

Grip. Core. Balance.
Lock out your arms and carry that sandbag like a warrior.

Zone 9

Forward & Reverse Lunge

Balance meets burn.
Step forward and back with control — every lunge counts.

Zone 10

Burpees x 20

Finish strong.
